A. Hi mom To loose weight start with the exercise. Do yoga. Surya namaskar aasan will help u to reduce your weight. Avoid high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. Have warm lemon honey water daily to burn fat.. Drink plenty of water in a day to flush out excess toxins from the body. Have dinner two hours before bedtime to increase metabolism. Have light dinner like veggies sprouts soup fruits etc
