#asktheexpert how can I make my body fit like before...I mean the skin which becomes loose after delivery how that can be retained

A. well time will help o you.try to est less and workout more.Try to not miss on any medicine or its dose and take up lots of water and fluids on daily basis .

A. Exercise That’s the only way to be fit again because it’s not very easy to get rid of the belly wait after you deliver the child but the only way to get back into shape is to go for proper exercising and if you need to you can also take a diet and follow both the things together religiously
