Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups. Have proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake.
Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle.

please take one bowl of salad before taking meals
please avoid sugar more than two tea spoon
please do some exercise and yog for one hour daily
