#asktheexpert how can I loss my weight I am 25year old so plz segest me.

A. Dear mum, to lose weight, you should eat mindfully. Avoid junk foods. Have variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups. Have proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle.

A. Hi parent please include green tea instead of coffee and tea please take one bowl of salad before taking meals please avoid sugar more than two tea spoon please do some exercise and yog for one hour daily
