A. for low breast milk supply you need to take plenty of liquids and high fibre diet and give frequent feeding to your child so that milk production increases as it is a hormonal phenomena regulated by signals to the brain so you should feel positively motivated and do not try to give formula milk unless advised by your paediatrician and if the weight gain and urinary output of your baby is normal .if required you can also take help from a lactation consultant who will guide you in a very proper way regardiibgng establishment of good lactation as well as will help you in relieving pain if you have any. medicines are not of much help in this but definitely your diet is very important.

A. Hi There is a wide variety of medicines available in the market to increase the lactation is if you want you can try on hands on any of the medicine after consulting your doctor if they help in increasing your lactation and that’s going to be good enough otherwise we’ll have to continue with formula feeding only
