#asktheexpert how can I improve his immunity. He eats all vegetables, paneer, nonveg but doesn’t drink milk. He has milk with roti or cornflakes

A. hi. you can gi lve him milk in moderation, offer milk shakes, smoothies, custard.. etc.. also give feed other dairy food products. all the very best .
