#AskTheExpert How can I get rid of belly pouch. I had ceasarean in September 2020. Does wearing postpartum belt help or is there any exercise that can help,? I also have severe pain in my wrists that worses if I carry my baby or any heavy thing.

A. Belt is not of much use Do some exercises gradually Floor exercises and walk are best Abdominal muscles toning exercises and cardio are good Diet control is more important than anything else Choose healthy foods Check your diet Wrist pain can be due to carpel tunnel syndrome Take a course of vitamin D Take calcium supplements Do physiotherapy It improves with time If no see a orthopedic Go to my website Www.familygynaec.com
