#AskTheExpert hloo mam my sister has bleeding anal fissure. and its vry painful.my sister have this problem since 1 year.now she is mother of 2month old baby. her delivery was cesirain.

usually it is caused by inadequate intake of fluids and low fiber diet.
so first she should maintain good hydration.
drink plenty of water .
she should take fiber rich diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more.
Avoid sitting or standing for long period.
she can sit in bath tub full of warm water and salt in it for 10 to 15 minutes.
it will definitely give relief in pain.
