#AskTheExpert Hlo mam Its been 9 month today after my delivery and i am having my periods till now.It this a problem for me? after delivery i have periods for 45 days almost. please tell me the reason.Do i need to worry or is it normal?

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 4 years agoA. the question is a bit confusing is it that you are having continuous bleeding or you didn't have the periods yet if if you are concerned about not having the periods till now there is no need to worry and no treatment is needed till one year till then just maintain good Lifestyle with regular exercising and proper diet and water intake

Neeta Sachin SwamiMom of 2 children4 years agoA. good morning mom, as long as your exclusively breastfeeding your child there are less chances of getting periods. I have also got my periods after one year of normal delivery.. take Shatavari powder twice in milk also follow healthy diet routine and keep yourself hydrated
