#asktheexpert hlo,madam.. my self shyamala.i was delivered on 18th may 2024. my pregnancy belly was not decreasing nd swelling of legs nd body are also same now as in my pregnancy.. please give me suggestions for swelling nd belly decrease.

It is ideal that you consult a physician once if the swelling is not reducing and make sure that you’re walking about during the day and if you had any hypertension, complicating pregnancy, then you have to consult your doctor immediately
