#AskTheExpert Hlo Dr my bbe can't eat food properly pls give ideas to eat food but she eat fish, noodles, chocolate, all junkfood pls give me a solution she 3 yrs started now

Nandita BaranwalMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi, If you will give junk food at first place then baby would not like other food. First of all stop giving junk food. Give dal water veggie water rice water coconut water etc and gradually give suji kheer oats kheer mashed potatoes mashed banana apple puree khichdi daliya seasonal fruits and vegetables soups crambled eggs paneer etc. Use some distraction like lullaby song musical toys etc
