Hello ma’am Start having chilled milk from the refrigerator direct before you go to sleep at night as that’s one of the best home remedies to deal with acidity issues in general or in pregnancy as well so I’m just going to advise you to go ahead with the same I’m sure you will definitely get good results with the same
