#asktheexpert hlo dr. I m in my 38th week of pregnancy n usually have severe gas n acidity in my food pipe.What can I do to get rid of it??

A. avoid too. much bean's.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too dailySee you can show to a gynac and get the right opinion as it needs examination and check up in person.

A. Hi dear mom Eat banana empty stomach in the morning to get relief from gas and acidity. Drink plain cold milk two times a day to get relief from acidity. Avoid taking spicy oily food as it will Aggravate ur problem.
