For a year old 11.26 kg weight is not very low yes it can improve..
If the child is active, playing well and alert don’t worry about the weight ...
Give a healthy and nutritious diet to the child
Include fruits twice a day in any form , if the child don’t like fruit u can give in form of smoothies or shakes
Also include fresh green vegetables, paneer, cheese, ghee, eggs, oats, ragi, dry fruits, milk in his daily diet and instead of routine food make the food attractive as children are attracted towards the food presented nicely
SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. Weight seems good actually. Not to worry. in the first 3 months, babies put on about 800-900grams each month. From 3-6 months, weight gain reduces to 1/2 kg/month. from 6-9 months, it becomes 1/3, and for 9-12 months, it becomes 1/4 kg. the birth weight doubles in the 4th month and triples when they reach 12 months of age.
