NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy1 Year agoA. hello Around 8 a.m you can get your baby exposed to the sunlight for 5 to 10 minutes in a day which would be sufficient enough and good for the baby to get a natural source of vitamin and would be safe and nothing to worry about
