how much hours sun light give to new born child and which sun light is best ???

A. Make your baby spend time outdoors with areas of their skin uncovered. Morning sunlight. The best time to get your baby exposed to the sun is between 11 am to 1 pm in winters. Allow for only 10-15 mins. You can cover your baby with very fine single cotton cloth if sunrays are more intense.
