#AskTheExpert Hiii i am mom of 2years boy.i need to reduce my belly fat it looks like pregnancy stomach. my weight is 59kgs. i have not properly used my stomach belt after delivery.can i use now as it is already 2years now.i dont know wheater it works on me now. wt is the diet i should follow to reduce the belly fat.

A. eat low calorie diet. reduce your sugar and fat intake. walk for half an hour daily.. try doing yoga at home for body shaping. drink lukewarm water. avoid sitting for prolonged hours

A. hi please do the following things: Start to do exercises or yoga regularly. Walk walk and walk don't use vehicle for short distance. eat couple of bites less than usual. take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more avoid taking processed oily spicy food. increase your fluid intake. drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
