A. To increase the weight of baby, it is important that you should feed her fully and frequently. Start feeding 3 main meals, 2-3 times healthy snacks and 700-800 ml milk daily. Include foods like rice with dal, boiled eggs, chicken and fish curry with rice, besan and beetroot cheela, idli-dosa with sambhar, chapati with paneer gravy, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi, oats with nuts and fruits, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado, etc.
