#AskTheExpert hii, my baby is 8 month old now and I have to join office in next month. I m continuously bf my baby since birth no fm was introduced to her.. but now I am thinking to start fm in my absence..is it ok for my baby will it suits her health..if yes, which fm should I start.

Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. if you are going yo office then you can start with formula milk. there is no harm. you breastfeed before you leave to office and after you are back. in between either you can express breastmilk and keep for the day or give formula milk and some solid and semi solid food. but if you are planning to start with formula milk start now itself so that you can get an idea if baby is comfortable or not. nan pro is supposed to be good and closest to mother's milk in composition.
