babies can get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 18 months..
keep checking for the signs of teething and wait for some more time

If you are looking for timing Nanna first teeth can come any time after the age of three months and it can go up delivery time of 918 months if your child does not get a single tear by the time of 17 to 18 months then it is a matter of concern otherwise this is normal right now
