A. Weight gain in a child is a good indicator for proper health of the child and there should be a regular weight gain as per the age of the child. if there is not a proper weight gain it can be because of many factors and three most important causes are Baby not taking enough calories Baby is not absorbing the enough calories which the baby is taking Baby is fuburning too many calories . So a proper assessment is very important to know the cause regarding this .

A. it is very important to meet your doctor to confirm whether the weight and height of the child is within normal limits or not and to know if child is suffering from any nutritional deficiency because that can lead to loss of appetite. offer different recipes and flavours made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily to improve the weight and height of the child give plenty of water to drink and juice extracted from fruits which acts as natural appetizer if the child is not allerxgic then you can add dry fruit powder as well as ghee to the diet which will help in improving the calorie and protein in the diet. go through different diet plan as well as recipes which is present in firstcry application.
