This is very important for building the immunity also.
Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc.
Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most cfommon.
Supplements like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be givegn for 1-2 months to increase the appetite.
Diet counselling is also very important .

If Yewside is playing well and physically active if you’re still your child’s appetite is not increasing or your child’s weight is not increasing the growth is getting hampered that means your child is having deficiencies he should get a check with your doctor ones
