Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Bathe him in lukewarm water. That will help. Keep him under fan or AC depending upon the weather. Dress him in light cotton clothes or weather appropriate clothes. If the fever does not subside, you can give him paracetamol or Crocin syrup. The dosage depends on the weight of the child.
