A. check for temperature at armpit level. baby has warm head , soles and stomach on touch as it s a normal thing. It s due to hyperdynamic circulation and is normal. fever is said if baby s temperature is above or 99.5 farenheit. Then needs medicines to treat. Can give calpol or sumol for fever  for relief. as fever is a sign of immune response so see doctor soon for cause of fever.  Fever after vaccines can or can not be seen so and can be treated with calpol drops

A. Hello mom Just check baby so forehead or babies hands if it is hot and you feel that it is warm then baby is normal temperature then it is fever. Otherwise you can use thermometer by putting it in babies armpit you can check the temperature and if the temperature is above 99° then it is considered as fever. Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
