#AskTheExpert hi my two year old has cough cold mucus and fever from last few days fever is not there now ,but he s coughing in night and sometimes in mornings he has cold also, what can I do for this

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cold is a viral illness and symptoms could be sneezing, running nose, cough sore throat, nasal congestion and fever. Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongestants . steam inhalation would be beneficial . Medicines like sinarest/wikoryl / Acflex cold can be given in a proper dose according to the weight for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .
