A. dear mum, weight of 4.6 kg is a normal weight for 3 months old baby. A weight gain of 2.3 kg in 3 months is also a normal weight gain.

A. Hello mom Baby weight should be triple in a year according to birth weight and after one year baby gain weight slowly and according to that your babies weight is totally fine. Baby should be totally on mother’s milk and there is no need to give anything else to your baby till your baby turned six months old
