#AskTheExpert Hi my Son is of 8 month and weight of 9 kg. From last 6 days he was suffering cold, cough and fever. I had gaven the medicine Crocin syrup for fever and kofarest dp for cough and cold. he has no fever from last 2 days and we stopped crocin and continueing kofarest. But still he is coughing and nose is getting wet. we also putting Nasal drop on each two hour. So please suggest which medicine will use to relieve coughing and cold. Thanks Advik

Hi parent give saline nasal drops and steam inhalation with baby rub avoid exposure to cold weather if the problem perissts kindly consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

Hi mommy Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Use saline nasal drops Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Give indirect steam inhalation Try alternative therapy like homeopathic Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
