#AskTheExpert hi my son is 3 and half years old... he coughing for more than 20 days... in between her felt okay again started coughing in sleep.... he habitat to have hot water..i gave him normal water couple of days back

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. give your son 5 ml of syp Septilin (himalaya) fir 10 to 15 days.. also avoid giving cold, sour food or liquids. give luke warm water to drink him.

Hi Warm water in general is also very good to go for safe you can continue with it then you should give it to the child at least once or twice to the child in a day that’s going to be very very good and coughing can lead to congestion in chest and throat so you can also nebulise your child
