If there is back pain you have to maintain a proper posture tyiiake a healthy diet and also do some regular exercise specially back extension exercises to strengthen muscles also you can take calcium and iron supplements suggested by your doctor if still you are having weakness and other symptoms it needs a proper assessment

Even i had severe backpain and consulted my gynaec..as per her advice i started giving a backsupport while feeding like keeping pillows behind, while sitting....even while sleeping keep one behind the abdomen... After a few days itself u will find the result...Till one year take Max rest be sleeping & do some exercise...... Only for feeding u sit but don't sit simply for longer time..... If u sit for longer time u ll face backache & it ll b for life long, so avoid sitting unnessasary at least for 1 year.
