You can give steamed and mashed vegetables, or soups , seasonal fresh fruits can be given in mashed form or juice , kichidi , porridge made with suji or ragi or multigrain mix, curds , ghee

Yes 2-3 meals are fine in a day.
U can also give papaya, pear, chicoo, khichdi, ripe banana, ragi porridge, pumpkin puree etc to ur baby. Give homemade freshly prepared food to ur baby.
