#AskTheExpert hi my daughter is 13.5 months old..but still she hasn't got her first tooth..her lower jaw is as hard as rock..what should I do?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. get a check ok.See when baby has any new complain then better avoid any self medication. Show to a doctor for right and timely diagnosis and treatment. Thays a safe procedure.See in such cases the child needs specialist care always. So try to follow with the same doctor and do not get anxious with s variety of opinion. Focus on treatment ok.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. hi mam, you can wait till 15 months age as babies get their teeth at the age between 6 to 15 months. please offer calcium rich diet like Ragi, nuts, dairy products etc more for this. give sunbath for 20 minutes a day.
