#AskTheExpert Hi! My daughter is 1 year 4 months old now.Can you pls tell me how much water she should drink in a day.I mean minimum liquid (including milk and water)consumption per day.

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello your child would require water around150- 200 ml in a day and also you should be including milk around 500 ml in a day at the minimum and also include other dairy products as well .. make sure to give your child HEALTHY AND NUTRITIOUS food in the diet
