A. hi both the things are normal. wait for few days more. for talking , if you are giving screen exposure like tv mobile iPad etc then stop giving it . spend quality time with your child more play different games, sing rhymes and read stories with your child,it will definitely help. but do not force your child. for walking , encourage your child by giving enough play time give gentle massage on legs with Babyhug massage oil provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
