#AskTheExpert Hi, my baby is trying to stand up since 8-10 days, is it ok if we keep her standing by our support ? Is any side effects by doing same too early ?

A. hi your baby is 3 months old now at this age baby is too young to stand for long time as his legs are not strong enough to bear his own weight

A. Hi, thanks for prompt reply. She is trying to keep standing for 1-2 minutes only than back to normal sleeping, but standing makes her happy & sleeping makes her cry. She even try to jump. Is it ok if we keep her stand for 1-2 minutes? Any side effect on legs ?
