#asktheexpert Hi..My baby is just 7 months old. Usually salt is not recommended for babies less than a year but she doesn't like food without salt. Is there any matter of concern?

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and upto one year baby don't develop the taste buds and if you don't give baby salt or sugar then baby don't get it's taste and rey to give baby without salt and sugar. and otherwise can use sendha namak Only.
