#AskTheExpert hi my baby is exclusively on breastmilk, have to start his external from 6months.plz suggest diet and quantity for him.He will be 6th on 9th of Aug thxs

A. Hi mom Once ur baby completes six months then u can start with cerelac, daal ka pani, ripe banana, apple puree, raagi porridge etc. Introduce new food at the gap of three days to check for allergy from any food. U can start with one meal in a day.
