#asktheexpert hi. my baby is 8 month old. she is not sleeping for long time like 1 or 2 hours in the day time mostly she will wake up in half an hour or max 45 mins. now she is taking solid food too. but mostly after food she ask for milk. she is on breastfeeding. please suggest how I can make her sleep well for long hours

It’s normal to ask for milk because they’ve been on the breastfeeding for a very long time so it’s their habit to eat and feed which is completely fine so when you put your child to sleep during the daytime put some earplugs or cotton so that the child is not disturbed with any sound around I think your child is just getting disturbed with that
