U Can eat everything that you want to but try to make it home Cook don’t eat those potato chips which come in the side you like you can make fries at home you can eat that you can have most of the things I try to avoid more of pride you can have it once in a week or 10 days so just try to set a pattern for yourself so that you eat everything that you want to eat but you don’t overdo it by
