#AskTheExpert. Hi.. My baby is 27days old and am feeling my breast is empty and baby starts latching each time when I feed him also i feel my milk supply is not sufficient for baby. I used lactare as supplement to increase my breast feed but i did not find any difference. Can you please suggest me to increase my breast feed

A. Hi mom If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, passing out urine 6-8 times in a day, gaining weight, then that means ur feed is sufficient for the baby. Have jeera water daily two times a day to increase bm. The more u feed the more milk production will be there.
