#asktheexpert hi my baby is 2 yrs old now...I delivered both my daughter 10 yrs old and my son through c section....due to that I have a belly fat and also my weight is 67 height 5 feet....I am overweight ...how should I get in shape

A. to lose weight, you can 1 exercise daily for atleast 45 minutes 2. avoid sugar, sweets, fried foods, junk foods , packaged foods, bakery items 3. Include foods like skim milk, low fat paneer, Dal's, egg whites, pulses sprouts curd Vegetables fruits nuts salads 4. Drink lot of water.
