Q.

# Asktheexpert Hi, My baby is 14 months old and for the past 1 month, her breastfeeding has increased. At night she wakes up every hour for feeding. When I give her water she started to cry. We both didn't get enough sleep because of this. She takes 1 nap afternoon for about 2 hr, she needs bm during nap also. How to reduce night feeding? Please give me some tips...

A. Offer a good amount of feed right before you go to bed. -Try to encourage your baby to eat more during the daytime. Because more he eats in daytime, lesser hungry will he be at night.. - give sufficient play time in day.
