#asktheexpert Hi my baby is 12 months old, can I give honey,sugar,salt to my baby,Any food restiction, because my baby born on 30 weeks

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello ypu can give honey after a year which is absolutely safe and not a problem and you can now add sugar or salt also but it is aways good to avoid too much of sugar on a daily basis and give it as required and avoid the usage too much and may replace with Jaggery
