#AskTheExpert hi, my baby girl is frequently getting cough and cold in every few days. when we give syrup it will be ok for few days but again it started. we use to show her at gov't hospital. they are saying its normal and give syrup of cold and cough with antibiotics.when she starts its last for 15 days to 20days.

they can be associated with temperature variations around the body (hot to cold or cvold to hot environmental changes) which the body cannot sustain leading to cough usually at evening /night and morning.
requires examination and start anti allergic medicines.
meet cdr and prevent such temperature variations.
there is a possibility of starting avnti allergic medicines for at least one month and the doctor will decide if the child needs inhaler therapy or nebulization
