#AskTheExpert Hi , my baby boy is 9+months old . for last 2 weeks he isn't passing stools properly, he pass very small amount and that too very dry. And sometimes he don't for a day or 2 but do paas alot of gas. He don't take solids much I do try alot. He is majorly on my feed. Can you please suggest any way to make him get clear his stools?

A. Hello ma’am Fibre rich diet is very important and also you need to give lots of water to your child to maintain hydration. It is a constipation issue so give good amount of papaya to your child every morning and prune juice add a teaspoon of honey to your child right before the bedtime as that these things really help a lot in dealing with the constipation issue
