#AskTheExpert Hi my 10 months old doesn’t eat food at all. I try to feed different textures and taste but still she eats jus 2-3 spoons and later doesn’t open her mouth or spits the food out? Also she isn’t drinking my breast milk too from last 5 days if I try to force her she bites hardly. I’m worried, wot do I do?

stage 1 consists of introduction of liquids and solid food which shall be done at 5 to 6 months of age and needs to be started gradualfdly step by step .
stage 2 consists of more tehxtured and new taste to baby by 7 months of age
stage 3 in which a more variety of food can be started by 9-12 months of age...
