#AskTheExpert hi mam my self sindhu After my baby delivery my hip joints are paining too much. if I sleep on a bed I'm not able to getup without my husband support. I consult a doctor, he said to check your bones XRAY. x-ray's r good no problem with bones. plz plz can u give a advice

A. see lot of weight gain and poor rest and no exercise are tge cause. ok. In such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusion
