hi Doc one more query. can I take vitamin D3 while breastfeeding as after delivery my joints are paining. I started taking A-ZGold tablets too. thanks

A. hello yes mom would need some supplements post delivery and it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and also safe. too and have healthy food
