#asktheexpert hi mam, my daughter is 8yrs old but is only 20kgs and often falls sick. kindly suggest to make her healthy and gain weight

A. 20 kg weight is less.. give her protein and immunity booster food to her. like-Eggs, youghrt, spinach, nuts like almond, wallnut, sunflower seeds, apple, and all seasonal fruits and vegetables and , oats, garlic, carrot, broccoli, butter, beans , milk and milk products..

A. hello some kids are slow weight gainers and if the child is active then weight is not a problem and make sure to give your child healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet and include fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables dry fruits and dairy products well
