A. Hello mom as the child is growing their immunity builds over a period of time .. so give natural foods as much as possible to him … and avoid packaged foods . Offer him seasonal fruits and vegetables, dry fruits and nuts etc over all , roasted snacks , avoid too much biscuits and refined foods
