#AskTheExpert hi mam.meri c section huye 40 days huye lykin mera stitches abhi baahar se mote hain aur 2 din pehle tak pain mehsoos horaha tha kya my iske liye apne doctor se consult karun ya ye normal hai

Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
