it all depends upon the situation present at the time of child birth..
.. take folic acid and multivitamins supplements regularly

but the type of delivery depends on many factors like baby size, baby position, amunuitic fluid amount etc
so please don't take much stress for this
just take healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your body well hydrated
stay happy and positive
maintain good hygiene
